Made to order & delivery times

At LÆRØ, all products are made to order.

Our production partner is located abroad, which means the average delivery time to the Netherlands is 6–10 business days.

Production: 2–5 business days to produce your order
Shipping: 4–10 business days for delivery within the Netherlands

Please note: If your product ships from the United States, delivery times may be longer. In that case, the following applies:

Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping to the Netherlands/Europe: 5–20 business days, depending on the carrier and possible customs processing

We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Important: Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

As an indication, import costs usually consist of 21% VAT calculated over the product price and shipping costs, plus handling fees charged by the carrier, which typically range between €10–€20.

Returns: As our products are made on demand, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the product.
Liability: LÆRØ is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.

Pricing: All product prices include shipping costs.
